Returns / Refunds

Where the data is used for postal mailings the Company will undertake to refund the quoted price of each verified unit of returned mail.

Where the number of returned items exceed 10% the Company will refund the entire value of the order or contract subject to sight of each of the returned items and subject to the Company satisfying itself that returns did not arise as a result of the User’s processing of the data or some extraneous action or event (e.g. by a third party delivery service) or as a result of an act of God.
